Well, I finally added some more memory on my SBS server. I was running it at 576 Mb. Now it has 1024 Mb. I have not noticed any obvious improvements like when I added the second processor. I do not expect to see any visible differences since it has such a small load and paging was not very visible. It looks like sqlserver liked the memory upgrade the most. I opted for the memory upgrade since Crucial has 10% discount during December and the memory had been already marked down. I thought I would get it now before it was discontinued. Obviously I do not need a bigger server for what I am running and the additional memory should make my wait for the bigger server more tolerable.
