Additionally for the operating systems Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 Server there is a NTP Time Server Monitor available, which let the user configure and control the local NTP service over a comfortable graphical user interface. Secondary the current status of the local NTP service, as well as external NTP services, can be displayed.
In previous searches about NTP I found this site. Today I decided to try out their Win32 port of NTP and the NTP GUI, NTP Time Server Monitor. The installation turned off W32Time service. That is okay since that service would be redundant. I like the graphical monitor since I found the only way to figure out your W32Time status was to search the event file. So far everything works as expected although some menus appear in german and their isn’t a help file. It is a beta but it looks pretty solid.
